I was digging around the web for some good sites to link, and happened upon this one. Brian Clifford, of Lincolnshire, England, and the site is called The Woodturner's Workshop.

I would like to heartily recommend this site to you. It has a wealth of information for new and advanced wood turners, and some inspirational project such as his natural edge goblets. (Something I've never seen before, bowls yes, goblets, no.) There are a number of good projects laid out in a step by step manner including Hand Mirror, Baby Rattle and Making a Windsor Stool.

He presents the information in clear and easy to understand text, with illustrations. He even has an online book on Woodturning, it a great resource if you're just starting out.

Definite thumbs up from me!
